Welcome to the 2024 summer swim season!
The Thornhill Tornados is one of the neighborhood's most energetic and exciting community activities. The team is part of the Greater Charlotte Swim League (GCSL) and is comprised of 150+ swimmers ages 5-18 -- they are always thrilled to have new Thornhill neighbors join the fun!
The team practices daily from mid-May through late June, and participates in six meets against other teams in our area. The season wraps up in early July with the GCSL's All-Star Meet, where Thornhill has proudly been awarded the Sportsmanship Award for six out of the past seven seasons.
